JARVIS: A Trading Autopilot with Hard Safety Rules

JARVIS is my trading autopilot. One double-click starts everything: it opens MetaTrader 5, maps my watchlist to the broker's symbol names, starts a live price feed and opens a dashboard in its own window. It never types a password and never starts trading by itself. I press Start.

Every pass follows the same pipeline: a scanner finds candidates, an analyst reads the trend, RSI and volume, a risk manager checks the limits, an executor places the order and a journal records every decision, including the ones it rejects. The dashboard shows each signal with a plain-English reason, such as "Downtrend, RSI 27, volume 0.9x average".

Safety comes first and is written into the code. It refuses to run unless the account is a demo account, and there is no live switch. Each trade risks at most 1%, there are at most three open positions and no averaging down, a stop level is required, stale data blocks orders, and a 5% drawdown from the peak pauses new orders. A market drop guard watches prices every second and pauses new buys when several markets fall fast, and a kill switch stops everything at once.

Trade management is configurable from the dashboard: move the stop to break-even, trail it, take half off at the first target, close when the trend flips, or bank the day at a profit target. The candle size can run from daily down to one-minute.

It is a learning project, not a money machine. So far it has logged 211 buy/sell decisions and rejected 103 of them, all on demo money. Two weeks of demo results is a software test, not proof of a profitable strategy, and the analyst is rule-based with no news understanding yet.
